The Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association (CAPA)
is a nonprofit trade association representing the hot mix asphalt industry of Colorado. Over 200 organizations are members of CAPA, making it the voice of the asphalt industry throughout the state. CAPA has grown to include both producer and user organizations. Fifty cities, towns and counties have become members of CAPA and make use of the technical assistance available through the association.

OUR MISSION:

The Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association (CAPA) is devoted to the development, improvement and advancement of quality asphalt pavement.

CAPA is composed of both producers and users (including governmental agencies) working together to design, construct and maintain high quality pavements.
